Virtual office
If you need an address, somebody to receive your mail and phone
messages or to follow your remote instructions, Office Now offers you
the Virtual Office.
This plan has two versions:
With you plan
In addition to the services mentioned earlier, You have access to
a work space whenever you need to do it, by the hour or the day
Without you plan
It solves your Guadalajara address problems while you reside elsewhere.
The plan works as follows:
1. Our Executive Assistant will: answer your calls, administer your mail and
will help you resolve all your administrative needs (copies, scans, faxes, etc.)
2. Make a reservation for any work space type or the Conference Room,
by the hour or day.
3. You can arrange with us for an exclusive local telephone line, which
can be answered by our operator during working hours with any message
you design for this purpose. You can also arrange for Voice Mail thus insuring
24 hours of message reception.
4. If you don’t need the dedicated phone line, we will answer your calls in
our general reception phone line where we will courteously take your
messages during office work hours.
5. You have access to all our Optional Services, like having an e-mail
address within our web domain.
